WBR Assets, LLC is a Real Estate investment company. Our core function is acquiring Tax Lien Certificates and Tax Deeds from the various municipalities and counties across the United States, for individuals and businesses.
Our purpose is three-fold: (1) providing local governments that may be experiencing a shortfall, with needed operating revenue; (2) providing delinquent property owners with a short term loan while they raise the cash to bring their taxes current; and (3) earning interest income that is guaranteed by law, on these loans.
It is our goal to positively impact the lives of the people in each municipality or county where we do business. And to build lasting relationships, with a commitment to honesty, integrity and compassion.
